Ordinary use is welcome

You may use BagCheck for personal travel planning, link to public pages, and quote limited portions with clear attribution. Search indexing, link previews, accessibility services and public-web archiving are welcome when they respect published crawler instructions and do not degrade the service.

Bulk extraction needs permission

Do not systematically extract, reconstruct or republish BagCheck's compiled catalogue, annotations, verification dates, decision outputs or source mappings without written permission. Do not use automated access to build a competing database or service, remove warnings or provenance, evade rate limits or challenges, or misrepresent an Unresolved result as a confirmed fit.

Underlying facts and BagCheck's work

Airline limits and manufacturer measurements may be public facts owned or published by their respective sources. This policy does not claim ownership of those underlying facts. It does protect BagCheck's original selection, organization, annotations, presentation, code and compiled work to the extent the law permits.

AI and machine learning

Automated access for training, fine-tuning, retrieval-dataset construction or bulk model evaluation is not permitted without written authorization. Normal search indexing and user-directed previews remain welcome under the conditions above.

Request approved access

Researchers, publishers and product teams can request a licensed export or approved access path. Include the intended records, purpose, frequency, retention period and attribution plan in your request.

BagCheck may throttle or block access that threatens reliability, ignores crawler instructions or violates this policy. Material changes will be dated on this page. This page complements the Privacy policy; airline rules can change, so users must still verify current official rules before departure.
