BASIC includes the personal item; the large cabin bag is purchasable but not included. SMART includes one large cabin bag. BIZclass includes two.
On fully booked flights, compliant hand baggage may be gate-checked free of charge. This is informational only. Loyalty/status entitlement is a separate explicit overlay and never changes the default BASIC result.
